I read Catcher in the Rye last weekend. I don't read much, and I'm sure I was supposed to read that in High School. I'm not really sure what I think about it yet. It's been on my long list of "some day I'll get around to reading that book" books. More later when I've processed it some more.

I also got around to watching a film that has been on the list for a while: The Fisher King. After watching it, I'm certain that I've seen a few clips before, but I've never watched it. I enjoyed it immensely, and it served as an interesting viewing after having read the aforementioned book.

It's a good week pubski friends. I raise my bottle in your general direction

I see you are watching the synth class by flac ! Good choice. Quality content.

Oh. And I still have about 20 pages of Crime and Punishment to finish... from when I started reading it about 20 years ago. But i just couldn't take his whining anymore... man up and either admit to the crime, or shut up and live with it, ya putz!

Thought I recognized that lanky feller ;)

Glad you're enjoying it! I'm happy that I've been able to upload pretty consistently, so far I've done a new video every day since Sunday. Expect an in depth tour of the Modulator sections imminently...

Edit: holy shit I have some feelings about modulators, video ended up being a full hour long lol I could probably have talked for another hour as well...

You're not necessarily the target market, but I assert that Last True Poets of the Sea by Julia Drake is a better, more modern story that hits almost all of the exact same notes that Catcher does, despite in some ways being its total opposite - A trip away from New York instead of to it, for example.

If you're interested, I'd be curious to see your thoughts on it if you read it.
