I know right now funds are tight for many and you're likely hearing asks from a lot of organizations in need. To be honest I'm not sure of the Hubski policy for these kinds of posts, and I'm aware you may have your own local organizations to help out with. But I'd like to bring your attention to one group in particular.
Cross-Lines Community Outreach, Inc is an incredible non-profit based in Kansas City, KS providing an abundance of resources to low-income families and individuals. I used to run the free food pantry and now serve on their Young Professionals Board. The food pantry serves about 300 households a month. Because of how intense the COVID-19 pandemic has been affecting the low-income community, Cross-Lines provided food for 158 households on March 25th alone. Since then the situation has only worsened and they're in need of resources to help the most in need among us.
Because of the Stay at Home orders, Cross-Lines has had to cancel two fundraising events scheduled for the year. Fortunately, they've been able to gather a team of donors who are willing to match donations up to $50,000.
If you're able, please consider donating to this amazing group. If you work for a larger company, it's possible they have a matching donations program.

If you've already donated to an organization, thank you! The global community needs that right now. If you feel you don't have the funds to help right now, that's totally understandable. You could still help by sharing this message with as many people as possible. Hit me up and I can email you the video file. Peace and love friends.
