No, it will happen. This is called helicopter money. This is not about rich people worrying about normal people that can't make ends meet. This is an injection of liquidity into the economy. It doesn't matter how much money the Fed jams into a bank when the bank is more worried about its crumbling fractional reserve than making no percent on a business loan. This is not welfare or socialism. That's what this is.
