This is my beer! The flag caps are Spirit of '76, a DIPA. The green caps are the same DIPA, but called "Grasshopper". The silver caps are the same DIPA, but called "Locust". I am not sure of the gravity or the greenness of these beers, but I think the gravity is high and I am not sure that I have any interest in Locust. I used a DIPA recipe, but added an orange peel to the boil, and some ginger to the secondary fermentation. Drinking it flat at bottling, it was hoppy, bitter, and had the slightest spicy note at the end. One more week before it's ready to drink.
