I don't much like the sound of that either, but the Obama instance 1) didn't involve withholding Congressionally-approved funding to an ally at war with a foreign adversary that just tampered in our election, and 2) was entirely unrelated to not the first, but a second instance of soliciting foreign interference in U.S. elections.
