Instead, the president dictates tweets to Mr. Scavino, who sits in a closet-size room just off the Oval Office until Mr. Trump calls out “Scavino!” Often, he prints out suggested tweets in extra-large fonts for the president to sign off on. (A single-page article that Mr. Scavino recently printed out for him ran to six pages after the fonts were enlarged, according to one person who saw it.)

Yes. I believe he is blind in some form. His actual visual acuity? I expect that Donald Trump’s ability to decode text based on his ability to perceive the necessary information through visual perception is within normal range. Do we see him tripping over objects he appears not to see? No. Can he read written text? It seems he can read although Mr. Trump does not appear to like to read. Does he have some inability to reason logically that causes him to mistake the relationship between events, people, places, and reality? It appears so, and could we call this a form of blindness. Donald Trump has demonstrated blindness to clear visual facts. He insisted, in the face of photographic evidence that he had more folks attending his inauguration than Barack Obama did. There’s many more, if I took the time. Yeah, the dude is blind. The good news is that enough of us are seeing how this makes him unfit to be the leader of our country, and if the world still allows us to play the role, the leader of the free world.
