I know it's a small portion, but I would fear that, like any other organization, the CPB would have to cut funding to the areas of the country that didn't bring in the bacon. If you live in rural arkansas you may end up not having access to some fantastic programing that you otherwise would receive. -The article makes this point well. It's simple economics and it's something that can be avoided when you have a portion of your revenue stream that is essentially there to fund these rural areas.These people need to shut the fuck
