Troum recently released a new 4 track collaboration with Monocube (who I hadn't heard before). Anything new from Troum is always a treat for me. Contemplator Caeli - Monocube & Truom Not knowing Monocube it's hard to say what their influence is. If you told me it was purely Troum I could easily believe that - processed instrumental layered drones galore. No idea if that's because Monocube are similar or deferred and adjusted to Troum. If I had to guess I'd say tracks 1 & 2 are Monocube (more melodic than I'd expect and are those recognisable words?) and 3 & 4 (which are the stand out tracks for me) being Troum.
