Also two raids with potential Trump implications although the Deutsche Bank one is more of a longshot to tie to Trump.
Deutsche Bank isn't about Trump. Much to the chagrin of American advocates for transparency, the banking laws everyone's freaking out about in Panama etc. are actually tighter than the banking laws of Nevada or Delaware. American exposure to Panama Papers shit is as low as it is because we actually get that level of inscrutability domestically.
What an insane week it's been. The Lawfare Blog write-up on Cohen's new guilty plea was really good. I don't think perjury is enough for impeachment to pass in the Senate. They'll cite the Senate striking down Clinton's BJ perjury impeachment as precedent. Even perjury coupled with felony campaign finance violation won't do it for today's GOP. But the investigation ain't over yet.
