I'm pretty damn proud.
Is it gone? I can't see it on my computer. I did notice a couple of them on the iPhone but I thought I had gotten rid of them.
I edited. There were a few of them before from where ever I pasted the copy from originally but they are invisible on my computer so they're like evil little vampire ghosts that never seem to go away.
Awesome, but you totally stole my hash-tag. Stop it. Seriously though, good job. I think the next thing you should geek out on is fonts. Imho, on sparsely designed pages, almost nothing contributes to (or detracts from) the overall aesthetic as much. Most bang for your buck if you will :)
Yeah, I was just going to add, your font stack is just a bit weird, insom, although I really shouldn't talk... A great site for it:
Sweet. Yeah I haven't even really thought about the fonts yet. I just went with something random when I was first learning CSS and haven't really re-visited since. Thanks for the link.
Yeah that fancybox was a bitch! It was worth the time and frustration though because it cleans it up so much. But man...so much trial and error to get it to work like I wanted. I suppose I could've just learned what the code was doing but I went with the "change parameters until it works" method. :P
IMHO that's a perfectly legitimate process to learn what the code is doing. :) The good thing is that no one ever knows how many circles you ran.I suppose I could've just learned what the code was doing but I went with the "change parameters until it works" method. :P
My dad does. Every time it didn't work I let out a big "GRRRRRR..." and grabbed my pack of smokes and went for a walk. He was in hysterics after about the 5th time.
Somewhere around there if you count the bottle of cheap whiskey I also grabbed.
