Doesn't matter to the guy's defense. Matters to his wife's defense, because she's the one they're trying to pin it on since he's dead. The FBI is charging a battered wife with being an accomplice in a mass shooting because it draws attention away from the fact that they took him off of a terror watchlist after questioning him twice.
