This is quite an important question about AI. I vote yes, AI will reach actual consciousness, likely in about 20 years, +/- 5 years, and in fact it will be quite easy. We will be amazed and somewhat flabbergasted that we thought it was an NP-hard question, the kind that would perplex us for eternity. But in fact every animal has it in some form, every bacteria has it for god sakes, and it will turn out to be trivial, and really a function of chaotic action. And when we develop artificial consciousness, the end is nigh, and not in a good way -- and super-conscious AGI will move ahead in unfathomable ways, leaving us behind, hopefully still alive, probably with little pets to keep us content.
the artificial intelligence might reach its peak within 15-20 years or even less, but robotics would never replace human brain, cuz they are built by people
I'm getting like 10 links a day from you on my feed, and it's getting kind of old. I get that this is an important topic to you, and rightly so. But you still haven't shown why I should take your thoughts on it seriously, since you don't really provide any real information, argument, or possible solutions. One-trick ponies get boring pretty fast.
Honestly? Because you showed up here and started lecturing us about how we didn't understand this issue, but now you're here and you're ready to enlighten us. If you had started off on a different tack, I would think that you were just naive but passionate about the topic. But if you're going to bring the "I'm your intellectual savior" attitude, you'd better be able to back it up. Normally if someone has nothing to teach me I'd just move on, but when it's combined with the level of arrogance you've displayed, it really gets under my skin.
