Figuratively that. It is the equivalent of hacking into someone's GoFundMe page and substituting your own paypal address. It is the equivalent of intercepting the broadcast of the Jerry Lewis Telethon and overlaying their 1800 number with your own. Bizarrely enough, this problem has already been solved but since ICOs are basically a bunch of punk kids with a whitepaper raking in millions of dollars, it wasn't. I mean, I own like a dozen .eth addresses and the most they cost me was $3 each.
