The problem is that he crossed the line in letting his faith become less about inspiration than alienation. I don't see that this is a problem as long as he is willing to accept the consequences of his actions. If it was a publicly traded company then he might have some business ethics problems on his hands, but even then maybe not because it seems that his bigotry is really working well for his franchise. It's a semi-free country still, I don't see any lines being crossed.
