| Missy Franklin claimed her third gold medal of the Olympic Games on Friday night, destroying the field in the 200-meter backstroke to set a new world record.|
What is even more impressive was that she won the gold for the 100-meter backstroke only 14 minutes after she had to swim the 200-meter freestyle qualifying round. Coach Leonard must be very proud of her superwoman performance.

That impresses me about swimmers. They will sometimes swim several big swims in the same day. Even if they are short distances, the amount of emotional energy and mental psychology it takes to prep and perform at your best has to be taxing. Congrats to her!
Have you been watching the games? If I had the ability to, I would. Curious, what are some of the best moments for you thus far? I read that Phelps is now the all time medal holder, displacing a former russian gymnast.

No. I have not been watching the Olympics. I've only been reading up on the hypocrisy and the the controversies.
