You ever wonder if the CIA can hack into your computer and inject maliciuos code into it through some weird operating system level backdoor program that they never told you about?
They can. And do.
Oh I'm sure there's no need to worry. These kind of tools are never used against us, the proper and upstanding citizenry. Now if you've got something to hide, just speak clearly into the phone mike and the CIA can catalog it for you so that you can avoid any unpleasantness in the future. We're only trying to help.
For the leak? I'm sure there will be an investigation. My major concern for the CIA regarding trouble is that they have duplicated an enormous level of effort and data by creating what surely the NSA was working on or had worked on in the past in an effort to 'do it themselves'. As Congress gets in on this, which I would wager is going to be soon, there will be some serious questions about why the CIA needed to waste a ton of money instead of working with their intelligence agency partners.
