If only there was a way to set aside your younger stem cells in order to leverage them, later in life, for the therapeutic purposes they will confer. Heart disease is one of the most promising areas of such research. It's not unlikely that there will be a clinical trial that comes to fruition in the next few years. Just sayin...store your stem cells dammit!
I second this. I had a major heart attack even though my BMI, cholesterol and BP were completely acceptable. I did smoke and drink though and had a bit of family history but not enough to make it an issue in my mind.
What else can you do at that point, though?
