Thanks to Dr Vanessa Ruspoli and her superb infographic, I now know why you should always look out for signs and symptoms of social anxiety, and use cognitive behavioural therapy to treat it quickly and effectively. I know that I need to look at how I behave in certain social situations, as I tend to avoid big groups and presentations at work as much as I can. I should also think about ways I can stop my avoidance behaviour, and then I can progress in my career and also my life. I love that Dr Vanessa Ruspoli can help me with my social anxiety, and that I can call her for advice and cognitive behavioural therapy sessions. She also offers treatments for other types of anxiety disorders. I think another great point about this infographic is that it’s made me think about whether I should have CBT, and the techniques that type of therapy uses to stop social anxiety from becoming a big problem in your life. In the future, I will always know the signs and symptoms of social anxiety when I’m exhibiting them, and I can try to stop them before they become too serious. I think regular sessions with Dr Vanessa could really help me with my avoidance behaviours when it comes to social situations. Because of this infographic, I now have my checklist of symptoms of social anxiety, and techniques used in CBT, that I will always remember. Dr Ruspoli you’ve been a huge help.
