I don't drink much tea but when I do, I usually enjoy the experience. I should try it more often. I do drink alcohol and I've never had the following effect:

If you drink too much strong tea, it can have repercussions on your body similar to drinking too much alcohol, for example you may be troubled by tinnitus (a persistent ringing in the ears) -Do some people get ringing in their ears when they drink alcohol? I've never encountered this.
