Hey, you hear about that brown dwarf with potential water vapor? I think I saw that on Reddit today or something. I didn't click the article, just read the headline, but how'd they figure that out? Spectography maybe?

Yea, trying to find a non sensational, first source to share. We have seen water vapor in exoplanets before, but those planets are all hot Jupiter's.

Changed words in google search to look through the NASA site and found this from 2014.
