I haven't been running in the morning for a week now, and I guess the effects are starting to appear. I'm still fairly capable at the run itself, but the day-to-day benefits have faded significantly since I started the sketchy running schedule - and I don't want that when I can do better.
It's been pointed out to me that I live through other people. Other people's opinions are very important to me, which may not be good for me, but... If it's not something I can get rid of on a short notice, why not use it for my benefit?
So, I #promiseHubski that I'll run tomorrow morning and be done with the running by 8:00 AM. I don't care even if I get sick: at least I'll be sick on my own terms.
