At least two years of treaty negotiations before the exit is finalized. Lots of name calling in the meantime.
They have been looking for an excuse. I was convinced that if they couldn't find a halfway decent reason they might talk themselves into a tiny hike. I've listened to three different speech/Q&A's with Board of Governors the last month or so. They have become progressively less bullish over time. I'm sure that they are all very relived that they finally have a convenient out.
history will repeat itself... technology has outpaced the growth of central governing bodies. the "globalization" movement is founded on the basic necessities for life. Not in ideas - backed by more ideas - backed by a status quo - who are financing the likes of ones who are great at doing one thing, but saying another. The media is promoting the EU up the ass right now. That should be a red flag. GB is no longer owning the disfunction that is the European Union.. which is founded on an idea in an age where ideas have run amok. it is time to jump into the pool.
