It's a broadband jammer, basically, and if your drone is smart, it goes "I have no signal, I must land" and if your drone is dumb, it goes "I have no signal, I must power off." If your drone isn't reliant on a signal, it'll keep on truckin' on. THAT SAID The platform is a Thales. The radar is a Blighter. The tracking system is Chess Dynamics. That's about as deep-pocket defense contracty as you can get, and all three of those companies are used to having weapons attached. It wouldn't take much - strap a BB gun onto that thing and autonomy ceases to be an issue.
