We know. If it's any consolation, it's most broken for longtime users like you and me. Emails aren't going out, and things are timing out. It has to do with the conversion to SQL and inefficiencies in how data is written. We are working on it. Things will either markedly improve tonight, or we will revert to where we were before it all went wrong. Sorry. It's all about getting us to a better place.
