Being able to write and record songs has been incredibly helpful to me throughout my life. I would not be who I am without it. Thanks for listening bootz! Also, the fast was great. I'll not do it again :) I'll gladly do a juice fast or something akin but a man needs calories!

Three days is nuts. I was incorrigibly cranky after only two days. You should feel really proud. Our hunger mechanism is no slouch.

Thanks, I do feel proud. I told mk that I feel like I accomplished something of note. I know something about my constitution that I didn't previously know.
