I hate term limits for congress as it empowers lobbyists and allows the entrenched moneyed interests to run the show. Anyone pushing term limits is a lobbyist for this reason. But maybe we need an age limit on Congress, say 70. Congress should be looking forward, and the older you get the less able you are to do so. That or make it illegal to give a campaign contribution to anyone you are not legally allowed to vote for, but I am not sure how that would work or be enforced. I did my part trying to get turtle retired, I did, honest, but Grimes ran a poor campaign and could never get traction.
