Rhythm and Sound are the same guys who went under the name Basic Channel back in the 90's (They might still be putting stuff out under that name, I'm not sure). I remember an album review for a Basic Channel album that basically said "Never has it taken so long to do so little." very minimalist stuff, but some of the finest minimalist techno of all time if that is your bag.
