esplin2966 is aplusb's other username. Though a quick search doesn't tie him to authoring the article, I just find it strange he didn't use the other account to share it. Considering he's only posted about the case, it feels a bit too heavy-handed on the self-promotion. Which I am fine with, I appreciate that he's reaching out to interested communities that accept self-promotion (such as Hubski), and I still think it's an interesting case that he has designed -- but lack of community engagement does diminish it for me somewhat.
