I intended to underline the message with January's last metaphoria post on a subject very important to me personally, but I lost access to the account temporarily. This Sunday's post will be posted next week, alongside the new one.
So, my blog, metaphoria aka Existential Mechanism, has been up and running for more than a month. I've been visited from around the world: Western Europe, Scandinavia, Russia, South-East Asia, North and South Americas, Australia... and I don't even have a proper page describing the blog. Is that cool or what?
So far, it's been a pleasure writing for metaphoria. I have the freedom of expression now, in my little corner of the Internet, in a way no forum or website can provide. It allows me, finally, to pour all of the insight I accumulate over the days on Earth into a singular compilation of articles. So far, the topics touched upon are as follows:
- On New Year's declarations and how to start achieving what you declare in them,
- On Contemporary Cynicism and cynical perception of the world in general,
- The Peculiar Light in the Night, on preserving the feeling of mystery,
- and Rules Unexplained which cause so much trouble to a lot of us.
Once I figure out how to style WordPress, there will be a transition onto the personal website with looks much closer to what I intend them to be - WP.com doesn't allow CSS editing free of charge. Until then, the rather appealing theme is a substitute.
I think I'm going to go with monthly updates on the matter. I'm going to use the old #metaphoria tag that used to do Hubski-based mind-expression for this and any future updates. So far, it's been a low fly of a journey. Let's see how it goes on.
