I don't have anything nice to say about Donald Trump but he's at least interesting. He's a billionaire but he was also the only person on the debate stage defending progressive taxation. I hope he fucks a bunch of shit up for the republicans. That other article today has me discouraged about the democrats doing anything so everyone can just choke on national political dysfunctionBut it is precisely Trump’s refusal to be respectable that helps him spark debates that elites would rather avoid. And sometimes, those debates are important to have.
