Mirthful four sides, especially for anyone from Melbourne, Australia - as I am. In Part 3, mention is made of various dress codes: " ...except in Villierstown..."etc. To my ears, I have heard this as "except at Billioustown...", assuming this to be reference to the Melbourne suburb of Williamstown, whose Council By-Laws at the time were known to be somewhat conservative, in respect to bathing attire. Yes, I live in Williamstown. (John Goodman, Williamstown).
