The tobacco juices that try to emulate the taste of pipes or cigars work better than those trying to emulate the taste of cigarettes. Triple Black from ivape is pretty close to Captain Black. It's not the same without the smell, but it's the best I found.
I think I'm just going to embrace the fact that it's different, instead of trying to make it the same, if you follow me. I mean, if it can taste like anything, it might as well taste like fruit-loop-unicorn-glitter-party-daiquiri, or what have you; it's the future, man. Your nicotine cloud can be whatever you want it to be. But yeah, I'm yet to find anyone that thinks the cigarette flavors are remotely close to a cigarette. Which is maybe a good thing, since it breaks the association somewhat.
