How long are you in Turkey for? I'm looking into adding a day or two long trip to the end of my trip to Israel in the winter but I'm not sure that's enough time.

The plan is a week around İstanbul then a week meandering down toward İzmir. I would like to take a ferry across to Lesbos to exchange hard currency for cheap lunch, but the last time we tried that we spent half the day in line for Greek customs.

oy yeah it's probably slow going right now trying to get into Greece...

is it worth going for only a day or two or should i hold off until i can dedicate more time to it?
