It won't happen. Simply not possible without lowering standards.
Yeah I honestly believe it's not possible. BUDS is a whole different beast. It's a whole different physical challenge-mainly more smokings and heavy weights. Ranger school is an endurance event, BUDS is endurance and strength. Also it's fair to say that those women who made it are in insane shape. A friend of mine went with the class and she's incredibly fit. She's tougher then nails but still failed.
Although I would never put it past a woman to make it through seal training. I will have to agree that BUD/S is a pretty terrifying feat. I mean what makes it so much harder is it is just a whole lot of training in water. I mean they pretty much borderline torture their recruits in water to make sure they can survive any circumstance that could arrive in water. Last time I looked it up the BUD/S have an 80% drop rate. If women can't make it it's honestly ok because in most cases men don't make it haha
No harm in letting women try at the very least. I dunno much about what the SEALs require in terms of physicality (I'm sure it's fucking nearly impossible for most of us) but I think at some point you'll get some really hardcore women making it. Probably won't be very many, but I'm sure at some point with the right training it could very well happen.
It will happen. Any troglodyte who says women can't do it without standards being lowered... you try squeezing a bowling bowl through the piss hole in your dick and surviving it, you try bleeding from your crotch so profusely you have to stick cotton into oozing holes in your testicles for seven days straight every month.... Yeah, men are so much more hardcore than women. And I bet, right here, some sexist dunce is going to reply with supposed research "proving" that men are stronger than women, and thus women are incapable of things men are capable of. You can bite my muscular womanly ass cheeks. And say hello to the guys (some twice my size) I've knocked to the ground for trying to start fights with me, while you're at it.
