Also, having worked with a security clearance before, it is entirely possible that those messages are 'over-classified.' Whenever someone doesn't actually want to look up how to classify something, they can always err on the side of caution and call it TS/SCI. It's literally a check box in the TS version of Outlook.
Yeah. I'm familiar with having to classify every single document you save. It's a pain in the ass and presumably better to err on the side of caution...except then we had to have a class on how we have over-classified documents out the ass and that's a problem too.
