spent two years in Montana as a missionary (and spent my fair share of time on U of Montana campus) I finished my bachelors at Brigham Young University. www.byu.edu I wouldn't really trade my education experience for anything. BYU is in Utah, right up against some of the most beautiful mountains in the US. The skiing is amazing, the women were beautiful, and the other students there were generally well rounded and grounded people that challenged me to be better. I wish I would have studied film formally. I took several classes, but lived under the false impression that I would have to move to NYC or LA for work. Hindsight has proven me wrong. There's film work just about everywhere. If I had a regret it's that I didn't spend longer at OU. It is a great school with (I think) a fairly unique campus environment.
University of Montana seemed like a great school. Just the right mix of a decent football program and hippies. Ok... pretty high hippie to non-hippie ratio, but I learned to play hacky sack like a mofo. (did you catch that pun? I'll be here all night).
