Ok, sounds good.

I'm college broke enough that I'm not looking at buying a new computer anytime soon. Besides, my laptop has better specs than a Mac mini and I paid $400 for it (plus it included monitor & keyboard).

What are the specs on your pc? My mini runs a 3.2 quad core with 16gb ram, but specs don't always mean everything with computers, lol. I did the cheap monitor thing for a while, just upgraded a week ago at the demand of insom. Thanks to her, I now how have a monitor that does quite a bit more than I need it to, but is awesome and I can see what's on the screen from anywhere in the room now.

Let me go see if what pc stuff I can find and I'll let you know if anything turns up.

edit: also I guess they aren't putting the quad-cores in the minis anymore, and also only i5 not the i7 processor :(... leave it to apple to backtrack.

I'm running an i3 w 8G RAM and 750G HDD. Not exactly better across the board like I thought, but it does the job for what I need (and I tend to prefer PC).

My partitioned hd is out of commission apparently, and my buddy's running FL and cubase on his PC so if you want either of those...

I do have a massive sample library that'll swing both ways if you're interested...?

I've already got FL and cubase isn't that attractive, but actually that sample library would be hugely appreciated. You need my email or what?

Yeah pm me your email address and I'll add you to a Dropbox.

Awesome. Thanks so much

Not a problem. I got through about 4.5 gb of stuff I'm uploading right now, I'll add you to the Dropbox when it's finished.
