Rules
Initial Set:
101. (immutable) All players must always abide by all the rules then in effect, in the form in which they are then in effect.
102. (immutable) Any player may at any time propose a rule-change, any of the following: (1) the enactment, repeal, or amendment of a mutable rule; (2) the enactment, repeal, or amendment of an amendment of a mutable rule; or (3) the transmutation of an immutable rule into a mutable rule or vice versa.
103. (immutable) A rule-change may be proposed by commenting in reply to this post.
104. (immutable) All rule-changes will be adjudicated during the 24-hour period following proposal by vote (i.e. until the proposal timestamp reaches “1 day ago”).
105. (immutable) Any user may vote for a rule-change proposal one time, yea or nay, by commenting in reply to the proposal. Duplicate, unclear, or otherwise ambiguous votes are void.
106. (immutable) At the end of the 24-hour voting period, if the proposal has a simple majority (i.e. greater than 50%) of yea votes, the proposal is enacted.
107. (immutable) If a user proposes a rule-change while a previous rule-change they proposed is still being adjudicated, the new proposal is void.
108. (immutable) A user receives one point for each proposal that is enacted.
201. (mutable) At the end of ten days (i.e. when the timestamp of this post reaches “10 days ago”) the winner is the user with the most points.
202. (mutable) In case of a tie, the winner is the user who proposed playing the game.
