The reason I ask is because I love sites like Speedhunters, not only because they have great articles, but they have tons of gorgeous, high quality images for each one. It's one of the things that keeps me coming back, because I feel it adds to the value.
I would love a tag that let's people know when an article has great images to go with it. I was personally thinking of using #magnificentimages myself if there isn't something already. However, I don't want to try and start something new if there's already something in place.
I was just thinking today: in the week or so I've been on Hubski, there have been instances where rather than responding to a post/comment with words, I'll upload an image instead. My brain just thinks that way. Then I think, I wonder if that annoys other people. That led me to think, maybe there could be a #visualhubski or some sort of tag where instead of words, the entire post and all the comments would be images, nothing but images. Or maybe we could have a #visualwriting tag, where the thread consists of a nothing but images post, telling some sort of story, and each commenter, one after the other, provides images that expands on the visual story. That would be cool.
I gave the #magnificentimages tag a shot on a post I made this morning. I might do another one or two later this week. If it takes off, cool. If not, meh.
