If you're interested: In Illustrator I started with a golden rectangle, divided into itself 7 times (I think) with a golden spiral inside. I then copied that and rotated it at 45 degrees around the smallest inner-rectangle until it went "full circle." I then took that and removed the largest of each rectangles from each copy (and the original)... then took that and copied it over and reflected it and centered them over-top of each other. After some selective line removal, it was put into photoshop and colored, with a few overlays for shading. -hats
This is really cool. I like your signature, is that a dude with a hat on?
The hat is a new addition; I've really liked the moniker "Hats" for a while and I've worn the same hat for 20+ years (a flat, brown "golfer" type hat). But I've lost it many times (and refound it as many) that it's had varied attempts at replacements. My initials looking like a guy is also new to me; didn't really click until I added the hat... I've signed my initials that way for a while (it's "JS" - I make my J's weird). It was something I could scribble down really quick when I had to do tons of paperwork. Most folks think it's an "M" ;p ...sorry for the long explanation, I get excited. tl;dr it's a guy with a hat, yeah... but I didn't do it on purpose at first ;d Glad you enjoy! I'll be sure to keep more coming :)
