Hey DC-3, nice best of Hubski tag. If you're interested in that kind of stuff, insomniasexx periodically puts together a Hubski Newsletter (when she's not in Curacao...) that is essentially a "best of" list of original content, articles, discussion, and older submissions.
I hope I can live up to the hype! Honestly, I think the one thing I have going for me is th e fact the newsletter only goes out one or two times a month. It's not that there's not enough content, time just flies and I'm terrible at sitting down and putting them together!
Hey DC-3. Welcome to the party, pal! Appreciate the shoutout. One of my favorite things about Hubski is how easy it is to go back 50, 100, 500, 1000! days on this site and find amazing discussion like that thread. Honestly though I think you'll find many others much wiser than I the more you visit. That's the real joy on this site for me. Finding out you're not the smartest person in the room. Peace and hubwheels to you!
Wow, you're quick to reply! I'm still new to this site and the breadth and depth of discussion continues to amaze me. I've decided to post my favourite comments in my own personal tag here as an archive to look back on if ever I need motivation or a moment for reflection. Your post is not the longest or the most adventurous post I've seen on Hubski. Far from it. And that is why I loved it. The simple, almost mundane nature of it was not only inspirational but strangely beautiful. But maybe the beauty of it is not so strange. What is more beautiful than a simple life in which one simply tries to make the world a nicer place? Not trying to be a rich person or a famous person, just a good person. Someday I will come back to your post and it will help me be the best person I can, no matter what hardships I am facing at that future time. Thank you
