Hey, just saw that you posted this, sorry that I posted after you without checking!

I think this will cause a decent amount of drama, if anything this will at least make some admins try to look for new jobs or ask for a change in management.

If they can't create all of the tools necessary for mods to, well, be mods, then the admins should at least make a blog post that explains what else they are working on, or get some developers that can listen to the community.

I don't think anything will change unless their bottom-line is hurt, at best users leaving in droves means less reddit gold getting sold.

Or people staying for the content and communtiy, but feeling less of a connect with the administration so that they stop donating. Which would in a sense be even worse since they are still consuming resources.
