Is there a plugin for firefox or chrome that will block those annoying javascript pop-over ads on webistes? This is an annoying reaction to most browsers blocking popups. I've usually just immediately left the page (like I did for this article) whenever it happens, but it seems to have gotten a lot more common and I'm getting very tired of it. Apparently uBlock doesn't do this.

Hmm, maybe NoScript? Anyway, I've changed the URL with a similar article from another site that doesn't have that kind of ads.

This is pretty cool, they just poke your eye and the lens unravels itself within. I think I'll wait a long time before I even consider this to replace my contacts, but it seems to be better than Lasik if it works out well.

I can hardly wait. I hope they have it ready when my cataract surgery comes up in the next ten years. After years of wearing contacts, you get something called "contact fatigue" - and then there's the floaters, and so on. It just gets worse and worse.
