Definitely not, granted they have less to spend so a bigger majority go towards things like rent and bills. It tends to be the story for poor people that win the lottery, frivolous spending and such and they irresponsibly use up all their money they aren't used to having. Whereas, people that are rich by their own means generally got there by being good with their money, and pass on that knowledge/skill to their kids(some of the time). The people I know that have the most money, are very precise/cautious with where and what they spend.
