I think she is involved in a situation that kind of is outsourcing, at least someone hired someone in another country that is supposed to help with work for a project.

Yeah we got a guy in (a shitty part?) of the UK and a girl in Czech Republic. I want the client to pay them before I risk my money on them. If they are good, I'm definitely going to use them for all my shit work.
