I've heard good things about REC , the Spanish original B movie that was later remade in a much shittier way in the US as Quarantine. Horror's not my genre but maybe you'll like it. Tip: don't watch anything from the US remake, as the trailer spoils some of the good stuff.
REC is a D- or F-movie. You've heard good stuff from people who think found footage films are automatically good. As found footage films go, it's... hmm. Best way to describe it is that it's worse than every other found footage film you've heard of, and you've only heard of a tiny fraction of the available found footage films.
