They may not have indicted the officer, but they got the guy who recorded the video.

Better? But I think the point is, it's quite a coincidence he was indicted for something 'unrelated' immediately after filming a police killing. Not only that, but they didn't even catch him with anything. They found a gun on someone else and claimed he put it there. If there's any evidence of that, it's yet to be released. Smells awful funny.
Yeah "unrelated" is what I meant. He wasn't indicted for filming, which would have been a blatant breach of the law (though of course... well). I don't actually think it's a stretch that the notoriety from getting involved with the choking situation caused NYPD to take a closer look at him or something, but then I'm still kinda unclear on what the fuck he did to begin with.
