Our genre this time around is somewhat along the same thread as last week but a bit broader, we'll be voting on robbery/heist themed movies. Two movies that came to my head immediately were RocknRolla and The Town. I'm sure there are some other greats ones out there although Guy Ritchie are pretty fucking awesome!

Is it even possible to find the Original Ocean's 11? It'd be interesting to watch it and the modern remake and see the similarities and differences.
It is! I watched it not too long ago - it was on either Netflix or elsewhere (I can't remember). It's available to rent or buy on Amazon right now. You can also find it on other sites such as YouTube. It's pretty good, though I prefer the Clooney version.
Reservoir Dogs. While actually concerning the follow up after a robbery, I have to recommend Reservoir Dogs. It seems to be either hated or loved, and there's no shortage of hatred on the suggestion that it was pretty blatantly 'ripped off'. I've never been able to care about any of those suggestions or the infinite malice r/movies seems to have for Tarantino in general (from what I've seen), I've never watched the movie and not enjoyed it. I'll also second coffeesp00ns idea of comparing the original Ocean's 11 vs the new version.
You have me in an English accent now. Second Rocknrolla
How about Three Kings? One of my favorites.
Just remember, ya'll, vote for something interesting that will get an actual discussion going. While I'm all for watching Reservoir Dogs again, I've never seen the original Ocean's 11, so that would be kinda dope, and using that as a boiler plate for discussing how movies have changed and how Hollywood is now obsessed with making remakes would be cool. In that spirit, I suggest either: Three Kings
Dog Day Afternoon
You beat me to it! Three Kings is awesome but I think you might be on to something with Dog Day Afternoon. There's a lot of drama to discuss in that one. You're right about how we oughta be picking. I've never seen the original Ocean's either.
Well, for me it's an easy selection. It's a film that introduced me to my favorite director. He's been controversial here, some love him, others (kb) despise him. My choice for one of my favorite heist films is the ridiculous, the hilarious Bottle Rocket. We've already had a Wes Anderson film though, so I'll disqualify this from contention. But seriously, watch it.
The Great Train Robbery (1978) with Sean Connery and Donald Sutherland: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0079240/?ref_=nv_sr_1
