Wow. I'll have to give that a listen. I'm no longer afraid to admit that Sloop John B is one of my favorite songs of all time. I used to be ashamed of my closeted Beach Boys fandom.

Yeah, it get's pretty bad ass there at the end. All with the re-introduction of the drums. Love the drums so much in this one.
"Don't Worry Baby", here. The chorus makes me want to cry happy tears. Just checked out some live performances, and my suspicions that the record release version was a piece of studio magic were completely confirmed. And Wilson produced it, too! So much respect.
Yeah, he is a pretty amazing fella. I've heard some live versions too and they're hit or miss, as is much of their live performances. There are some great old Carl Wilson live performances though. He had such a wonderful voice.
