I remember when seeing 50% imgur posts on the frontpage of r/all was a shocking, shocking, development on reddit. Now if the frontpage is 90% imgur the thought is "what else would be there?"

My work blocked imgur, which only impacts about 10-15% of the Reddit posts I actually click on, but is sad. :( This comment is off-topic but I just wanted to share with someone. Facebook still isn't blocked. But Imgur is.

I think, actually, we keep Facebook/Twitter unblocked because of social media marketing purposes. However, they could/should easily restrict it to a profile only assigned to certain users (not that I should be complaining)

Yep. Couple thumbnails with a cumulative point reward system, and you enable low-effort users to stand out with low-effort content.
